Free Plan

Mail Repeat's free service empowers Gmail users to send recurring emails using advanced scheduling options. With your permission, emails are sent directly through your Gmail account ensuring your messages are highly deliverable and instantly recognizable to your recipients. We expect the free plan to be sufficient for most users as it includes:

10 repeating schedules
50 emails delivered per month
50 recipients and 1 attachment per email (2MB max)
50 saved contacts
10 contact groups
"Delivered by MailRepeat.com" footer in emails

Paid Plans

The basic service will always be free but following the beta period we will release two inexpensive paid plans that have additional features and higher limits. We haven't settled on pricing for these plans yet but they will likely include the following:

Plus: 50 repeating schedules • 500 emails per month • 10MB of embedded images and attachments per email • 250 saved contacts • 50 contact groups • No footer
Pro: 200 repeating schedules • 2,000 emails per month • 20MB of embedded images and attachments per email • 1,000 saved contacts • 200 contact groups • No footer

Features

Create complex schedules from a simple web interface (see example)

Schedule future-dated and recurring emails

Send month-end emails (e.g., last day of each month, three days before end of month)

Specify particular days each month (e.g., every second Sunday, last Friday of each month)

Send before or after a target date (e.g., send two days before the last Friday of each month)

Use custom repeat intervals (e.g., every other week, every third month)

Schedule multiple days per week (e.g., every Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

Skip or add individual days as needed (e.g., skip next Monday but add Thursday)

Use rich text formatting and attachments

Import contacts from your Google account

Sends emails through your Gmail account for high deliverability

Pause or delete your account in just a few clicks

Mail Repeat has no access to your Gmail account other than sending emails on your behalf

By using Mail Repeat, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with any future updates. Your use of this service is at your own risk, and it's essential that you abide by these rules to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

Good Faith Usage: Mail Repeat is designed to help you deliver informative emails to recipients who will recognize you as the sender and find value in your messages. You agree to use the service in good faith and for its intended purpose.
No Harassment: Using Mail Repeat to send recurring messages intended to harass or annoy recipients is strictly prohibited. Engaging in such activities may lead to the permanent suspension of your account.
Unsubscribe Requests: You are required to promptly "unsubscribe" any recipient who requests not to be contacted by you through Mail Repeat.
